Photo Contest Overview:
Garden Environments will award one (1) entry a prize each quarter. Chances of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. We reserve the right to restrict entries.
Any past clients of Garden Environments who submit photos that meet the specified requirements are eligible to enter. Note that we will only award a prize to photos of past work done by Garden Environments. Entries are limited to 3 photos per household per quarter.
Summer 2021’s Prize: $100 gift card to your choice of one of the following businesses: Poppy Belle Floral Design, Errand Girl, Lucie’s Home Services, Kevin Seifert Photography, or Bull City Art & Frame. The winner will be chosen the week of October 10th, 2021. If the winner does not respond by October 31st, 2021, another winner will be selected and notified.
By entering our contest, you assign ownership of any photos entered into the contest to Garden Environments. No claims can be made once the contest photo has been submitted. We reserve the rights to use your photos on the website and/or on our social media platforms and marketing. Our privacy policy is available here.
All photos must be of our landscape and/or garden installations and must be original photos with no copywrite, trademark, moral rights, privacy rights or any person or entity, intellectual rights or ownership disputes. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
The Summer 2021 contest closes September 30th, 2021.
General Contest Rules:
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone the week of August 9th. If the winner does not respond within 14 days (2 weeks), another winner will be selected and notified.
Winner selection is final.
Should you be selected as the winner, you must collect your prize in person. Please note that the prize is non-transferable.
Should this contest be restricted or prohibited by law, this contest is void.
Should you not comply with any of the rules above, you will be disqualified from future entries.
Rules for Photos:
All photos must be landscape format (phone turned sideways) and be between 700 kb and 2 MB. The photo must be well-lit and in focus.
Should you choose to include people in your photo, please see the ownership stipulations in the general contest rules. IF you have any concerns about the privacy of the people in your photo, reconsider a photo without these people as subjects.
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
By entering your photos into this contest, you agree that all photos submitted can be used at Garden Environment’s discretion, including for advertising purposes.
Any photo deemed to not be in its original state will be disqualified.
All entries must be received via the official website contest page. Any photos submitted in alternate manners will be disqualified.
